The ICF is the largest global professional organisation for coaches, with 16,000 coaches in 100 countries. Their rigorous credentialing pathway means just over 600 of those coaches have achieved the coveted ICF Master Certified Coach qualification. The ICF also provides a Code of Ethics for its members which Gai and Linley use as a basis for their professional conduct.
